On February 24, 2026, Peisa Machinery successfully completed its first order shipment of the new year – three meticulously crafted trackless wheeled transfer carts were officially dispatched to Shanghai. We sincerely thank our Shanghai customer for their deep trust and strong support.
The customer for this collaboration is a large manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of wheel hubs, motors, and related accessories. To address the challenge of low material flow efficiency between different production areas, the customer chose our transfer carts. Their goal is to achieve precise and efficient material handling within the workshop by introducing flexible logistics equipment, thereby comprehensively optimizing the production process.
The 3-ton wheel transfer carts delivered this time feature the following three core highlights:
1.Wheeled Design, Flexible and Maneuverable: Utilizing differential steering technology, the small turning radius allows for free movement in narrow workshop aisles, easily handling complex road conditions and achieving precise point-to-point material delivery.
2.No Tracks Required, Flexible Layout: Completely free from the constraints of traditional rails, these carts require no modifications to the ground foundation and are not limited by fixed routes. The customer can adjust transport routes at any time in response to changes in production rhythm.
3.Robust Load Capacity, Stable and Reliable: With an optimized chassis structure and power system designed for handling heavy workpieces such as wheel hubs and motors, the electric transfer carts ensure stable operation even during long-term, high-frequency transport, guaranteeing operational safety.
