The customer's core needs were clear: stable handling of heavy steel structures, compatibility with fixed workshop routes, and safe operation to prevent goods from sliding or colliding during transport.
Previously, using traditional methods, they could transport only one item at a time, requiring constant monitoring. They were able to complete a maximum of three transfers per hour, resulting in significant monthly losses due to collisions and creating substantial safety hazards.
Upon receiving the order, we immediately began production. From parts processing to complete cart assembly, every step was strictly controlled to prevent any errors. After a full month of hard work, all three rail transfer carts were completed

To ensure full compliance with customer requirements, we conducted specialized load tests. By simulating real working conditions based on the weight of the goods transported daily by the customer, we performed both static and dynamic load tests to verify the stability and load-bearing capacity of the rail carts. We confirmed that there were no issues and that the equipment fully met the customer's usage standards.
These three rail transfer carts have now been successfully shipped and will soon arrive at the customer's factory. They are compatible with the customer's fixed workshop routes and are capable of transporting multiple items at one time without requiring constant personnel supervision. This improves transfer efficiency and, through stable rail operation and protective design, eliminates the safety hazard of steel coil slippage, saving manpower and reducing losses for the customer.
From the customer's initial inquiry to the completion of production and smooth delivery, we provided attentive support throughout the entire process, with the sole goal of solving the customer's actual transportation challenges. We will also continue to follow up on the equipment's performance after its arrival to ensure smooth production operations for the customer.
