Working Principle
The rail transfer cart uses a safe low-voltage power supply system, receiving power through guide rails laid on the ground. The external power source (such as AC 380V) is stepped down to a safe voltage (usually 36V) via a step-down transformer and transmitted to the on-board control system through the rails. An on-board step-up transformer restores the voltage to AC 380V to drive the high-performance motor.
The motor transmits power to the wheels through a reducer, enabling smooth start, stop, and speed control. This design ensures a stable power supply during heavy-duty transportation, avoiding the impact of voltage fluctuations on operational safety.
