This transporter was custom-built for a client in the United States and is primarily used for transporting industrial pipes. Due to the substantial dimensions of these pipes, the equipment required a specific length of approximately 9.1 meters. Furthermore, the cart is designed for an operating duration of approximately 4 to 5 hours per day.

To meet these specific client requirements, we proposed a 20-ton transfer cart solution. The unit is battery-powered and configured with φ400 cast steel wheels to ensure stability during transport. The 200Ah/48V battery pack guarantees an operating time of approximately 5 hours under full load, perfectly aligning with the client's practical needs. The equipment is currently en route to the client's workshop overseas, and we look forward to receiving their feedback on its performance in the near future.
