Steel Plate Transfer Cart
Our steel plate transfer cart is part of the DWP product lineup, engineered to securely haul steel plates, structural steel parts and heavy industrial molds across different areas inside manufacturing facilities.
This transfer cart is powered by high-capacity lithium or lead-acid batteries, with available capacities ranging from 150Ah to 1000Ah. Configured to match different load demands, the battery acts as the core power source of the equipment. We size every battery pack to sustain a full day's worth of production, eliminating redundant over-specification while precisely catering to customers' actual operating needs.
After powering on, the built-in motor drives the cart to complete basic operations, including traveling forward and backward, making left and right turns, as well as smooth start and stop control.

Drive Wheels: Fitted with premium polyurethane or solid rubber tires to guarantee flexible movement and superior adaptability for regular workshop floors.
Motor & Gearbox Assembly: Matched as a complete drive set. Standard versions come with two drive assemblies, while omnidirectional models adopt a four-assembly setup for enhanced flexibility.
Wireless Remote Controller: Sends real-time control signals to manage the cart's traveling route, startup and shutdown status.
