This 360 degree transfer cart is part of the DWP series. Its biggest advantage is its ultra-tight turning radius enabling full 360-degree rotation, making it ideal for factories with narrow passageways.
Working Principle
The 360 degree transfer cart relies on differential steering for directional adjustment. Two powered drive wheels are fitted with independent drive motors, and the other two wheels are unpowered swivel casters. Steering is realized by varying the rotating speeds of the two drive wheels. Since the swivel casters can spin freely in all directions, the whole cart can complete a full 360-degree turn smoothly.
Boasting a straightforward mechanical structure, the cart suffers very few breakdowns. Routine maintenance only covers the motors and battery pack. The cart's service life generally exceeds 10 years, while the battery lasts around 3 years, subject to daily operating habits and usage frequency.
