The electric transfer trolley is powered by a battery system. Users can choose either a storage battery or a lead-acid battery. This power source provides the energy required to drive the motor, enabling the trolley to perform functions such as moving forward, reversing, and turning.
Some customers may have concerns regarding battery lifespan and endurance. However, modern battery technology is highly mature and can support 4 to 6 hours of continuous operation. Statistical data shows that the average service life of these batteries is approximately three years, while lithium batteries typically offer an even longer lifespan.



This electric transfer trolley was custom-designed for a client in Thailand. It has a load capacity of 10 tons, a length of 4 meters, and a width of 2 meters. Utilizing a differential steering system, the trolley is capable of forward and reverse movement as well as 360-degree rotation.
The unit is equipped with two drive wheels and two steering wheels. The steering wheels are not powered and are used solely for directional control. Therefore, we recommend using polyurethane wheels. Polyurethane is a hard-wearing material that reduces friction and minimizes wear caused by lateral forces during operation, thereby extending the service life of the wheels.

The power supply mode of electric trolley is also diversified, and different power supply modes can be selected to meet different needs.
Common power supply modes include lithium battery power supply and storage battery power supply. This type of power supply mode is not limited by external power supply and can be flexibly moved throughout the facility.
Cable power supply mode: suitable for short-distance work, the length of the cable is limited, and it is not as flexible as battery power supply. Its advantage is low cost and can provide continuous power.
