However, we do not recommend long-term operation under overload conditions, as this would place additional strain on the cart and affect its performance and service life.

In terms of battery technology, products currently available on the Chinese market are already very mature. The operating range mainly depends on battery capacity. If longer endurance is required, a higher-capacity battery should be selected accordingly. At Peisa Machinery, our design standard ensures that the configured battery capacity is sufficient to support at least one full day of continuous operation.
Battery Maintenance and Care
We provide a one-year warranty for lead-acid batteries and a three-year warranty for lithium-ion batteries. In most cases, lead-acid batteries (especially flooded types) only require periodic refilling with distilled water. Lithium-ion batteries require no additional maintenance.
However, we generally recommend lead-acid batteries. This is not only because of their lower cost, but also because if their operating range decreases after 2–3 years of use, they can be recycled and replaced at a relatively low cost.

During communication, we learned that the customer urgently needed a battery powered steerable transfer cart and a trailer for transporting mechanical parts between their factory workshop and warehouse. The customer's operating environment was complex, requiring movement on both smooth workshop floors and rough outdoor surfaces, including a grid-type drainage channel outside the workshop that could easily damage wheels. They needed to transfer goods 4–6 times per day, placing high demands on equipment endurance and durability.
Based on the customer's operating environment and transfer requirements, we customized this 10-ton battery powered steerable transfer cart. It features a rubber wheel drive system suitable for rough surfaces and a long-lasting battery capable of supporting 3–5 days of continuous operation. We also customized a trailer that can be towed by the customer's forklift for transporting other heavy structural components.
Regarding the grid-type drainage channel outside the customer's workshop, we professionally advised the customer to cover it with protective materials to further protect the wheels and extend the equipment's service life. This solution was highly appreciated by the customer.
