The self-propelled transport platform belongs to our DWP series. It is remotely controlled by a wireless handle to move forward, backward, and steer.

Powered by batteries, this cart is free from cable restrictions. It can travel flexibly to any workstation, workshop, or warehouse within your facility.

This 15 ton self-propelled transport platform is a successful case study of our customized solution for an energy storage equipment manufacturer in Suzhou. The customer primarily produces energy storage equipment and frequently needs to transport heavy units weighing up to 15 tons. The equipment is 2.5 meters high, while the warehouse door height is limited, making it impossible for ordinary trackless vehicles to enter and exit the warehouse smoothly. In addition, the road surface around the workshop is uneven, which can easily damage ordinary wheels.

 

After the customer contacted us, we considered the weight, dimensions, and height of the energy storage equipment, as well as the road conditions and warehouse environment, and customized this self-propelled transport platform accordingly. The dimensions were precisely set to 4000 × 2000 × 700 mm.

 

A low platform with rubber cushioning was designed, and solid rubber wheels were selected. After delivery, the equipment perfectly adapted to all of the customer's operating scenarios. The energy storage equipment could easily pass through the warehouse door, the cushioned platform effectively protected the equipment, and the solid wheels handled the uneven road surface with ease, ensuring efficient and smooth transportation.

The low-platform structure of this trackless vehicle is a key advantage for transporting energy storage equipment. Ordinary trackless vehicles have higher platforms, which, when combined with 2.5-meter-high energy storage equipment, easily exceed the warehouse door height and prevent smooth entry and exit. Soft-protected tabletop design
The tabletop features a flat structure with rubber cushioning. Compared with ordinary metal tabletops, it effectively absorbs shocks during transportation, preventing hard contact between the energy storage equipment and the platform and significantly reducing equipment damage and wear. Its protective performance far exceeds that of standard trackless vehicles.

 

Solid rubber wheels
Solid rubber wheels offer clear advantages over inflatable wheels, which are prone to punctures or air leaks on uneven road surfaces.
