Comparison of Advantages and Limitations of the Dual-Axle Mold Transfer Cart
The dual-axle mold transfer cart adopts a dual-motor, dual-drive system, providing strong power output and high operational stability. It supports continuous operation and can handle slight inclines. However, it is not recommended for applications exceeding 100 tons of rated load.
The system offers flexible steering with a small turning radius, allowing operation without dependence on fixed travel routes. However, under heavy-load conditions, wheel wear may increase over time.
The dual-axle steering design ensures stable maneuverability. The rated load range is 1 to 150 tons, making it suitable for heavy-duty handling of molds, steel coils, castings, and similar materials. However, during extended continuous operation, the dual motors may generate heat, so proper cooling and heat dissipation measures are recommended in the design.
