The Omnidirectional Transfer Cart is an upgraded version of the DWP series, featuring significant improvements in its drive mechanism, control system, and other key components. It is fundamentally different from the standard electric flat carts in the DWP series.
The vehicle is equipped with four independent steering wheel systems, each integrating a drive motor, reducer, and steering motor. Because each steering wheel can be independently controlled and steered, the cart is capable of performing a full range of movements, including forward and reverse travel, lateral movement, and 360-degree rotation.
This design makes it especially suitable for operation in factory workshops with limited space. The control system utilizes a Siemens PLC, while the electrical components are sourced from Schneider Electric or equivalent brands.

The customized equipment introduced today is a 30-ton Omnidirectional Transfer Cart specifically designed for our Turkish customer. Its primary function is to transport heavy castings within the factory, perfectly addressing the transportation difficulties associated with narrow aisles and restricted space.
The customer is a professional casting manufacturer in Turkey. In their daily production process, they frequently need to transport heavy castings weighing approximately 30 tons, moving them from the processing area to storage and inspection areas.
During communication with the customer, we learned about a major challenge in their workshop: limited space and narrow passages. Ordinary electric transfer carts can only move forward and backward and lack lateral movement capability, which often causes them to become stuck or unable to turn in confined areas. This not only slows down material handling but also increases the risk of damage to the castings.
The customer had previously tried various types of transportation equipment, but none could fully meet the operational requirements of their narrow workshop. Either the load capacity was insufficient, or the equipment lacked the necessary flexibility. As a result, the customer contacted us to customize a transfer solution that could effectively solve these issues.

After clearly understanding the customer's core requirements-including a 30-ton load capacity, safe casting transportation, lateral movement to adapt to limited workshop space, and compliance with export standards for Turkey-we immediately organized a technical team to optimize the solution. Based on this, we custom-designed a 30-ton Omnidirectional Transfer Cart tailored to the customer's application.
We focused on enhancing the cart's omnidirectional and lateral movement capabilities to ensure smooth and flexible operation in narrow spaces. At the same time, we reinforced the structural design to guarantee stable performance under a 30-ton load. The equipment was strictly manufactured in accordance with export standards, and we assisted the customer with all export-related procedures.
After finalizing the solution, we maintained close communication with the customer throughout production and export, regularly updating them on progress, addressing questions promptly, and making necessary adjustments based on their feedback. This ensured the equipment precisely matched the customer's operating conditions and export requirements.
At present, this Omnidirectional Transfer Cart has been successfully exported to Turkey and delivered to the customer. The customer has expressed high satisfaction with the equipment. It is easy to operate, flexible, and highly efficient, with the lateral movement function perfectly solving the challenges of limited workshop space. The cart operates stably while carrying 30-ton castings, significantly improving transportation efficiency.

Ordinary electric transfer carts can only move forward and backward and lack lateral movement capability, making them unsuitable for narrow workshops where turning space is limited. In contrast, this Omnidirectional Transfer Cart enables full omnidirectional movement, with lateral motion being particularly valuable.
