Clean Room Transfer Carts For Handling Metal Parts

Some workshops have strict requirements regarding the environment and noise. To meet the transportation needs in these specific conditions, we launched this series of clean room transfer carts. This equipment is not significantly different from ordinary trackless vehicles; however, certain functions are optimized during the custom design process. These optimizations are made to satisfy customers' special requirements for their environment-for example, wheel materials, noise levels in decibels, and power supply methods.

Since each customer's factory has different needs, the optimized configurations also vary and must be adjusted flexibly according to user requirements.

Some customers may wonder why a clean room transfer cart can carry up to 100 tons of cargo. This mainly depends on the frame structure, which also directly affects the service life of the cart. The structure of the electric flat cart is designed with steel beams welded to the table to create an integrated stepped structure. The box beam construction and steel bar welding improve the cart's ability to withstand concentrated impact loads. At the same time, the grid-like layout further increases carrying capacity and ensures uniform force distribution.

When designing electric flat carts, our engineers create appropriate designs based on the characteristics of the materials being transported and the load conditions. For some special designs, we communicate closely with customers to ensure their needs are fully met.

For example, in a power plant, when transporting transformers, the transformers are supported at four points. A transformer with a load of 20 tons will concentrate its weight at these four points, which can cause deformation of the clean room transfer cart. To address this, engineers design supports based on the specific stress points to achieve uniform force distribution and prevent damage to the electric flat cart.

In steel processing plants, automobile manufacturing plants, and similar facilities, when transporting steel coils or other equipment and materials, users often request a cart that can serve dual purposes-transporting both steel coils and flat plates. To meet this need, we design the tabletop with either a detachable V-frame or a recessed V-frame. This allows the cart to securely transport steel coils, and when flat materials need to be moved, the V-frame can be removed. In this way, a single cart can be used for two purposes, reducing costs for customers.
