On March 21, 2025,our company successfully delivered a set of 10-ton Trackless Flat Car to Anhui customer. This equipment is mainly used in the warehousing and logistics system to help customers improve the efficiency of their warehousing operations.This transfer cart features a compact design, excellent load-bearing capacity, and flexible steering functionality, allowing it to adapt quickly to complex warehouse environments.

During this cooperation, our sales and technical teams visited the customer's factory to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business scope, factory operating environment, and the specific types of goods being transported. After thoroughly assessing the customer's actual needs, we recommended this warehouse transfer cart based on the following key points:
1.The layout of the customer's warehouse is complex, with relatively narrow transportation channels, making it difficult to meet the customer's need for flexible operations using traditional track-based transportation .
2.Based on discussions with the customer, this transfer cart will primarily transport daily goods, with a typical single-load weight of 8-9 tons and an average of three trips per day. The 10-ton capacity of our product fully meets the customer's daily transportation requirements. Additionally, the cart is constructed with durable materials to ensure safety and stability during operation.
3.The warehouse stores a wide variety of goods, so it is essential to maximize the safety of both operators and equipment during transportation. Our material transfer cart is equipped with high-precision sensors and anti-collision columns, enabling automatic obstacle avoidance and emergency braking to ensure safety.

For this project, the customer had a tight schedule and hoped to put the equipment into use as soon as possible to optimize warehouse efficiency. While ensuring quality and performance, our company completed the production, testing, and delivery of the cart within 20 days to support the smooth progress of the customer's operations.
