The steel ladle transfer cart is essential equipment for transporting high-temperature ladles in steel plants. The electric flat cart designed by PEISA Machinery fully takes into account the characteristics of high-temperature materials such as steel slag and molten steel. Since these materials can damage the electrical system, we have added a heat insulation layer to the cart body to protect both the structure and the electronics.

This is a 10-ton transfer vehicle custom-built for a client in Liaoning Province, designed primarily for transporting metal slag within a workshop environment.

The vehicle features a comprehensive high-temperature-resistant design, enabling it to withstand intense radiant heat. Furthermore, all critical electrical components have been sealed and explosion-proofed to ensure operational safety. It utilizes a trackless design, thereby offering enhanced flexibility along its transport routes.

This case study involves a large-scale project in which a client deployed our 50-ton transfer trolley to transport high-temperature castings.

It is powered by a cable reel , which ensures a stable and reliable power supply through the controlled retraction and extension of the cable. Given the extremely rigorous requirements regarding load-bearing capacity, we implemented a rail-guided design solution to guarantee the vehicle's exceptional operational stability.

We have summarized several key features of this type of equipment for your reference:

First is high-temperature resistance. For safety reasons, all transporters in this series are constructed using heat-resistant materials, enabling them to withstand exposure to extreme heat sources such as slag and ladles.

Second is the implementation of wireless remote control operation within a safe range of 50 meters. This prevents operators from coming into direct contact with high-temperature materials, thereby eliminating potential safety hazards.

Furthermore, we have incorporated comprehensive safety protection measures-such as emergency braking, audible and visual alarms, and "stop-on-detection" sensors-to ensure the utmost safety during operations.

Finally, the carts can be designed for either trackless or rail-guided operation, depending on the client's specific requirements. This allows the equipment to be precisely tailored to actual working conditions and optimized for various workshop transport scenarios.
