
1. Working Lifting Principle
The hydraulic lifting electric flat car relies on the closed hydraulic transmission system to complete stable lifting and lowering actions.
The hydraulic power unit drives the hydraulic oil to flow under high pressure, and transports the high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder through oil pipelines. The hydraulic cylinder pushes the supporting bracket and car body upward to realize the lifting operation. When descending, the electromagnetic unloading valve opens, the high-pressure hydraulic oil flows back to the oil tank smoothly, and the platform slowly falls under its own weight and hydraulic buffer control.
The scissor-type support structure installed under the platform adopts multi-point stable stress design. It converts linear telescopic motion of hydraulic cylinder into vertical lifting displacement of the entire flat platform. Hydraulic pressure has characteristics of large output force, soft lifting speed and stable operation, which can avoid sudden jolting and impact during lifting. The system is equipped with overload protection, pressure limiting and explosion-proof valve devices. It automatically locks the height and stops lifting when overloaded, preventing sudden drop and safety accidents. The whole lifting process is stepless adjustable, and the height can be accurately positioned according to actual production needs.
