What is a Trackless Cart?

 

The overall structure consists of a frame, battery system, four wheels, motor and reducer, electrical control box, and multiple safety protection devices.

The cart does not require a track system and is capable of straight travel, turning, 360-degree rotation in place, and emergency braking.

What parameters can be customized?

Size, load capacity, battery capacity, power supply, brand configuration, and other specifications can all be customized according to customer requirements.

We customized a 30-ton Omnidirection transfer cart for a Saudi Arabian client. Its independent steering wheel system allows each wheel to move independently, enabling in-place rotation and lateral movement. Equipped with LiDAR obstacle-avoidance technology, the vehicle features four safety edges and multiple safety protection systems.

 

We also customized a 10-ton load-bearing trackless cart for a Thai client, used to transport engineering machinery components both indoors and outdoors. The rubber wheels smoothly handle minor unevenness caused by small drainage channels in the factory. Equipped with a 380V high-capacity charger, the cart includes undervoltage and overcurrent protection, as well as automatic power-off after full charging.

3. Is there a charge for on-site installation and commissioning?
