This equipment was custom-designed for a transformer manufacturer in Shaanxi. The unit is intended for use inside the client's workshop, which features a clean epoxy floor, to transport transformers weighing up to 20 tons.
Since the aisles in the storage area at the far end of the workshop are approximately 3 meters wide, we designed the vehicle with a width of 2.2 meters. In addition, by incorporating a differential steering system, the vehicle is capable of flexible maneuvering with a small turning radius, ensuring smooth operation without colliding with the transformers during turns.
Powered by a lithium battery system, the cart can operate continuously for up to 6 hours, fully meeting the customer's requirements and ensuring uninterrupted transportation of heavy transformers.
