Shandong Customers' Testimonials On Transfer Carts

I'm Wang Zhenguo, Director of the Equipment Department at a heavy industry company in Shandong. Last year, we added two large hydraulic presses to our workshop. Our biggest challenge was transporting the 18-ton molds between different workstations. After evaluating various options, we ultimately chose PEISA's 20-ton electric trackless flatcar. After a year of use, I can confidently say it was a wise decision.

Technical Specification Details
Load Capacity 20 tons (Our heaviest mold is 18 tons, so it's more than adequate.)
Table Dimensions 3000 × 2000 mm (a perfect fit for our fixtures)
Power Supply 48V / 300Ah lithium battery (a single charge lasts three days)
Speed 0–20 m/min (adjustable; we typically use 10 m/min with heavy loads)
Remote Control Range 100 meters (allowing operation from anywhere in the workshop)
Gradeability 5% (perfect for the gentle slope at our workshop entrance)

Actual User Experience:

I recall last month when we were installing a new mold. The 3-meter-long, 16-ton unit needed to be moved from the front door to the innermost press. Previously, this would have required at least four skilled operators and half a day. Now, using the remote control, I can complete the task in just 20 minutes. What impresses me most is its stability: whether starting, running, or stopping, the mold remains perfectly steady throughout the entire process, with no risk of bumps or damage.

The battery life has also exceeded our expectations. With over a dozen trips a day, we only need to recharge after three days of continuous use. Charging is convenient using a standard industrial outlet. I simply plug it in at the end of the day, and it's fully charged by the next morning.

The safety features are commendable. On one occasion, a new employee nearly hit a shelf while operating the transfer cart. In a moment of panic, he pressed the emergency stop button, and the cart halted immediately, stopping half a meter from the shelf. This emergency stop feature is truly reassuring. Furthermore, the device operates quietly, causing no noise disturbance in the workshop.

The after-sales service is excellent. After three months of use, the remote control occasionally malfunctioned. After calling customer service, they immediately provided video guidance and identified a loose connector in the signal receiver. The problem was resolved in five minutes, with no disruption to production.

As for a suggestion, I believe it would be even better to add an automatic obstacle avoidance feature. While the current emergency stop button is effective, automatic obstacle sensing would take safety to the next level.

Summary:

This electric transfer cart has become an indispensable device in our workshop. It not only solves the problem of handling heavy molds but also improves work efficiency and ensures operational safety. If my colleagues asked for my opinion, I would recommend it without hesitation. In our industry, good equipment is defined by its performance, and this flatcar certainly delivers.
