Recently, we customized a 5-ton rail mounted flat car for a machinery manufacturing plant, which has now been put into use. This platform cart is specifically designed to transport the heavy frames of blanking machines.
Considering the unique structure of the parts, we added four high-quality steel support brackets to the platform. These brackets are precisely aligned with the four support points on the underside of the machinery, preventing any damage or wear to the protruding edges during transportation. This thoughtful design ensures the safety of the transport process and maintains the integrity of the machinery.
In addition, to further enhance operational efficiency, the rail flat car is equipped with a user-friendly remote control system. Operators can easily control movements such as forward, backward, turning, and start/stop, minimizing manual intervention and increasing precision and flexibility in handling.
