This is a 30-ton material handling cart project we customized for a client in Anhui Province. The client mainly deals in condenser pipes and other refrigeration accessories, and this equipment is intended for use in the construction of their new factory.
In response to the client's needs, we custom-designed this 30-ton material handling cart. The cart is equipped with retractable guardrails for safety, ensuring the secure transportation of materials.
Since the project is still in its early stages, this equipment is not only capable of transporting mechanical parts, but it also offers multi-functionality, allowing it to transport promotional boards and building materials for the client's workshop, meeting the diverse transportation needs of the facility.
Considering the client's workshop floor is flat asphalt, we specifically configured φ450 polyurethane wheels to ensure smooth and safe operation.To guarantee the durability and stability of the transfer cart, we selected high-quality Q235 steel with a plate thickness of up to 14mm, providing strong load-bearing capacity. Furthermore, the electrical system uses components from Siemens, a globally renowned brand, ensuring reliability and stability during use.
This customized Industrial transport cart meets the client's basic transportation needs and provides flexible, efficient support for the client's factory operations, ensuring the smooth operation of their new factory.
