DPZ Series Battery Platform Trucks
The DPZ series is an upgrade based on ordinary trackless carts, yet it features a completely new design. The drive system, parameter configuration, travel speed, driving mode, and gradeability have all been enhanced.
Drive Mode: Rear axle drive, providing stronger traction.
Speed: 30 km/h, which is higher than that of the DWP series.
Driving Mode: Enclosed cab or open cab.
Gradeability: 5–15 degrees.
The customer required a transfer device that could be driven directly by an operator, with a load capacity of approximately 4 tons. Due to the factory's requirements for transfer efficiency, the vehicle needed to operate at relatively high speed, offer strong driving performance, and be easy to control. In addition, the customer requested an adjustable driver's cab to better suit their workshop environment.
Based on these requirements, we customized this Battery Platform Trucks. It can reach speeds of up to 30 km/h, adopts a differential axle drive to provide enhanced power, features a dual-mode enclosed/open cab design, and is equipped with a foot pedal speed controller to optimize the manual driving experience.


After the equipment plan was finalized, we quickly completed production and commissioning. Upon delivery, the cart integrated seamlessly with the customer's factory floor and operating environment. Manual driving is simple, the 4-ton load transfer is stable, and the differential axle drive ensures smooth and reliable operation.
After a period of use, the customer expressed high satisfaction with the equipment. This manually Battery Platform Trucks fully met their expectations, offering a flexible cab configuration, convenient foot pedal control, and driving performance far superior to that of ordinary trackless vehicles. It has proven to be an ideal solution for manual material transfer in factories, and the customer highly praised its practicality and innovative design.

The differential axle drive system is one of the core advantages of this manually Battery Platform Trucks. Compared with the conventional drive systems used in ordinary trackless vehicles, it provides stronger driving force and better power distribution, ensuring stable movement and easy steering even under heavy loads.
- Flexible enclosed/open cab design
The ability to switch between an enclosed and open cab is a feature not commonly found in ordinary transfer vehicles. This design makes the equipment especially suitable for harsh weather conditions. In cold environments such as Russia and Belarus, where outdoor transportation can be challenging, the enclosed cab can be equipped with a heating system to ensure comfortable and safe operation.

The foot pedal speed controller, combined with the dedicated driver's cab, provides a more intuitive and comfortable control experience. Compared with joystick or button-based controls, this setup better matches operator driving habits and offers higher control accuracy during manual operation.

As a new type of transfer equipment, the overall structural design has been further optimized. The trackless operation eliminates the need for track installation, allowing the cart to move freely on hardened factory floors. The cab-based driving design makes it particularly suitable for manual driving scenarios, effectively combining flexibility with practicality.
