20t Mobile Transfer Cart for Handling Transformers

Project Overview:
This project involved the purchase of a 20-ton mobile transfer cart by a power plant in Hubei Province. The cart is used to transport one or more dry-type transformers within the workshop. It has been in operation for six months and has received highly positive feedback from the customer.
Key Requirements:
The client required a solution for efficiently transferring heavy transformers between workstations-without relying on rails and without damaging the epoxy-coated flooring.
To meet these needs, our company developed a mobile transfer cart with strong load capacity, flexible maneuverability, and the ability to navigate complex routes and multiple turns.
Cart Structure and Features:
The electric flatbed cart is constructed from welded Q235 steel, ensuring a stable and impact-resistant platform capable of safely transporting heavy transformers. It is equipped with a wireless remote control system that allows the operator to remotely control functions such as start, stop, and steering. The cart's wheel design is compatible with various floor types-including cement and epoxy-coated surfaces-ensuring smooth, non-damaging transportation throughout the workshop.
