The Die Transfer Cart is an industrial transport vehicle designed by PEISA Machinery specifically for handling molds and precision mechanical equipment. It is available in two series: the DWP series and the DPX series.
The DWP series mold cart is a floor-running vehicle designed to operate directly on concrete floors. Featuring a wheeled design, it offers excellent mobility, allowing flexible movement throughout the factory and enabling cross-workshop transportation.
In contrast, the DPX series mold cart is a rail-guided system that operates exclusively on fixed tracks. It provides stable load-bearing performance and high directional accuracy, making it ideal for transportation tasks along fixed routes.
The unit shown here is a Die Transfer Cart custom-built for a client in Saudi Arabia, a well-known manufacturer of environmental protection equipment. The purpose of this project is to transport 10-ton molds within the workshop. This electric flat cart adopts a differential steering system, enabling 360-degree rotation and flexible maneuverability. Its small turning radius allows it to operate efficiently even in narrow aisles and confined spaces.
