The video shows a custom industrial transfer cart we recently delivered to a client in the stamping industry. The client's workshop mainly produces steel coils of various diameters and needed an efficient handling solution to transport these coils between processing and storage areas.
After in-depth communication with the client, we learned their workshop floor is primarily flat concrete and their transport routes are relatively flexible. We therefore recommended our DWP series trackless transfer cart, which has an effective load capacity of 10 tons.
The most notable feature of this equipment is that it differs from conventional coil transfer carts. Typically, we install V-shaped tooling racks on the platform to secure coils. This cart, however, uses four horizontally adjustable arched supports for material securing.
Since the client transports coils of various diameters, this design meets their diverse coil transport needs while ensuring the safety of personnel and materials.
This self-propelled transfer cart has now been delivered to the client's workshop, and we look forward to their feedback. In the meantime, we will maintain close contact with the client to monitor the equipment's real-time operating status, allowing us to provide timely support
