Wheels :Cast steel wheels, made in-house by PEISA. They undergo quenching and bluing treatment for excellent wear resistance and high load-bearing capacity. Manufactured to the same standards as crane wheels.
Frame:Constructed with a platform and main frame. The structure is highly load-resistant, with no risk of deformation or breakage under normal working conditions.
Motor & Gearbox:Equipped with reputable domestic brand motors and gearboxes, used as a matched set for stable and reliable performance.
Battery:The battery is housed in a dedicated battery box located in the center of the trolley. It comes with a protective cover for easy replacement and daily maintenance.
Electrical Control Box:Usually mounted at the front or rear of the trolley. It contains all electrical components and control systems, serving as the core control unit of the entire transfer cart.
