The Battery Powered Electric Transfer Cart belongs to the DPX series. It offers customizable dimensions and load capacities, with a wide load range from 1 to 1,500 tons. A key feature of this product series is its power source: it is powered by either lead-acid batteries or lithium-ion batteries, which provide the energy required for operation.
In terms of size, the cart can be customized to transport workpieces ranging from 1 meter to 20 meters in length. In addition, the battery capacity allows the cart to operate continuously for 4 to 6 hours, with a typical service life of 3 to 6 years.

This rail transfer cart was custom-manufactured for a client in February 2026. The client is a state-owned enterprise specializing in the production of precast concrete components, and purchased this vehicle specifically to transport these precast units. In April 2026, the cart was successfully delivered to Beijing and has since been put into operation at the client's facility.
The enterprise manufactures precast concrete components and is currently building a new workshop. With 80% of the construction work done, the client wanted to start production while finishing the remaining construction. This production process required a highly efficient piece of equipment to transport the precast components.
The workshop is about 200 meters away from the outdoor work area, and 10 transfers of precast components are needed every day. Traditional forklifts were not suitable; it hard to handle them safely and securely. What's more, a transport solution using manual labor plus trailers was not practical, as it would cost too much and take too long.
To address these specific needs, we custom-designed the DPX model: a 3-ton elongated battery power electric transfer cart.
