Its primary function is to transport heavy molds within the client's factory, making it well suited to the local working environment and climate in Russia. The client is a Russian company engaged in mold processing. Their main requirement for this customized transfer equipment was to transport 30-ton molds within the factory, moving them from the warehouse to the processing workshop for subsequent operations.

During communication with the client, we identified a key pain point-a 3% incline along the internal transfer route. Considering Russia's rainy and snowy climate, standard transfer trolley wheels are prone to slipping, making stable operation difficult. This issue had been a major concern for the client. In addition, the client required the equipment to have a 30-ton load capacity, flexible dimensions suitable for internal factory operations, and full compliance with Russian export standards.

After thoroughly discussing all requirements and design details with the client, we recommended this Rubber Wheel Transfer Cart equipped with solid, patterned rubber tires. The specially designed tread significantly increases traction, enabling the cart to climb slopes smoothly and completely eliminating the risk of slipping. At the same time, the load capacity was set at 30 tons, and the overall dimensions were designed as 3 × 2 meters, making the cart suitable for mold handling and factory operations.

Throughout the communication and production process, we worked closely with the client, strictly complied with export standards, coordinated production and shipping schedules, and responded promptly to all inquiries to ensure smooth delivery. The rubber wheel transfer cart has now been successfully exported to Russia and delivered to the customer. It is operating stably in the factory, smoothly handling the 3% incline and efficiently transporting 30-ton molds. First, the rubber wheels provide strong grip thanks to their treaded design, allowing the cart to smoothly climb a 3% incline. This completely eliminates the slipping and tipping risks commonly associated with ordinary transfer carts on slopes, effectively protecting both molds and equipment from damage.
