Electric transfer trolleys are changing the way transformers are transported.
Project Background:
The transformers produced in this plant weigh between 15 and 20 tons and do not have a base. Traditional tables are prone to deformation due to uneven load distribution. To solve this a problem, our designer added 4 several crossbeams on table,To uniform load distribution ,extending the lifespan of the flatbed trolleys.
The plant also faced another challenge---a transport routes problem. The workshop layout is very complex, On some routes, The aisles is more narrow . Transport routes are often changed, and temporary materials are frequently placed in adjacent areas. Therefore, the electric transfer trolleys needed to flexibly adjust routes based on the workshop's conditions. The plant sought a solution that provided both flexible transportation and maneuverability within limited space.
After comparing multiple options, evaluating prices, and examining quality, the client ultimately selected the PEISA electric transfer trolley.

Through the flexible observation of the operators, trolley easily avoids obstacles, and accurately delivers the transformer to its destination - either the assembly area or the shipping area.
Compared to traditional forklift transport, the entire handling process improves efficiency by approximately 40% while reducing the risk of damage caused by equipment collisions. The factory reported that the trackless flat cart has greatly improved material flow efficiency in the workshop and provided a reliable solution for the transportation of large equipment in future operations.
