Last week, we successfully picked up the Indian client at the pre-arranged time. He arrived with a group of three people, and we ensured they did not have to wait. After receiving them, we immediately took them to our production workshop and factory. Without unnecessary formalities, we went straight to the main purpose of the visit, allowing the customer to gain a direct understanding of our products and services.
In the workshop and factory, we presented the DPX series rail transfer cart products to the client from multiple perspectives. First, we showed him the complete manufacturing process, from raw material receiving and processing to finished product assembly. We explained each step in detail to ensure he fully understood our production procedures and quality control process, and could feel confident in the overall product quality.
Our products have obtained ISO9001 and CE certifications. During manufacturing, we strictly follow standardized production processes for our transfer carts.
We also arranged for our staff to demonstrate the equipment on-site, allowing the customer to operate it personally and experience its performance and working condition directly.
The inspection process went very smoothly. The customer asked questions throughout the visit, and we answered them accordingly. Our technical staff were also present on-site and provided professional and detailed explanations to all of the customer's questions.
After returning to the office, the customer immediately wrote down his requirements for 15 units of equipment with different load capacities and sizes. We promptly provided a quotation and technical solution.
