To ensure you have a clear understanding of our electric transfer carts'packaging, delivery, and payment processes, we hereby announce the following standards:
Packaging Method
Our company prioritizes product transportation safety and adopts professional packaging solutions tailored to different products:
Whole cart packaging: Double-layer packaging with tarpaulin + wrapping film to ensure dustproof, moisture-proof, and damage-proof protection.
Anti-collision strips are installed on key parts to prevent scratches during transportation.
Accessory packaging: All accessories are transported in wooden boxes to ensure zero damage.
Container transportation: The appropriate container is selected based on the material transfer cart's size. For oversized carts, deck transportation with secure fastening is used to guarantee safe delivery.
Parts packaging: All electric transfer cart parts are packed in wooden boxes to prevent transportation damage.
Delivery Time
We strictly control the production cycle to ensure efficient delivery:
Standard products: Manufacturing cycle is approximately 20 days, including 3 days for quality inspection (body production completion).
Non-standard customized products: Delivery time is 30–35 days, including 5 days for factory testing and debugging (as per contract agreement).
Payment Terms
To protect the rights and interests of both parties, payment methods are as follows:
Advance payment: 30% T/T deposit after signing the contract.
Final payment: The remaining 70% T/T payment must be settled before shipment.
