This project was custom-designed for a large shipyard in Greece. The client required an electric transfer cart capable of continuous operation for 5–6 hours to transport heavy deck sections and other shipbuilding components. In this project, our equipment worked in conjunction with the factory's existing cranes, achieving efficient and precise material transfer and handling.

In the initial stages of the project, we gained a deep understanding of the client's actual needs and operating environment. The client required a 15-ton shipyard transfer cart to meet their daily transportation needs. After thorough discussion, we finalized the cart dimensions at 4000 mm × 2200 mm × 700 mm (originally planned as 4000 mm × 2600 mm × 800 mm), which met the client's operational requirements while effectively reducing shipping costs.

The client's workshop floor conditions were somewhat unique-not a typical concrete surface-with many uneven areas and some installed steel rails. Using standard polyurethane tires would have easily led to rapid wear and shortened the vehicle's lifespan. Therefore, we equipped the cart with large-diameter rubber tread tires, enhancing road adaptability and ensuring safer and more efficient material transportation.

In terms of safety features, this transfer cart is equipped with standard scanning radar, emergency braking, and overload protection devices, as well as safety edge sensors that immediately stop the cart upon encountering obstacles, further enhancing operational safety.

Peisa consistently adheres to the principle of safe production. Regardless of the material transfer cart's tonnage, model, or application, safety is always our top priority. Ensuring safety is a prerequisite for achieving efficient production and maximizing value.
