The battery drives the cart's horizontal movement, while hydraulic cylinders facilitate its vertical movement. Ms. Abby: This custom handling unit was built for our Turkish client in early 2026, and it stands as a classic example of high-level customized design. From our very first communication, the client had clear and direct requirements: mobility, lifting function, and remote control operation.

As you can see from the photos, the equipment integrates three core modules into one solid unit: a trackless mobile platform, a hydraulic scissor lifting mechanism, and a V-shaped support cradle. Scissors Lifting Transfer Cart for steel coils

During the design phase, we optimized the structure of the mobile platform to ensure smooth, consistent operation and stable running performance. This cart is used inside the client's workshop to transport steel coils, moving steadily between different workstations and handling coil transfers reliably.

Trackless Mobile Platform

This platform serves as the sturdy base for the entire unit, handling all horizontal movement while bearing the weight of the lifting mechanism and heavy cargo. Engineered for strong load capacity, it's constructed with Q235 steel and features a grid-welded frame for optimized load distribution. Equipped with 4 sets of polyurethane wheels, it can move freely and smoothly on flat concrete workshop floors.

Hydraulic Scissor Lifting Mechanism

This module is responsible for vertical material lifting, a critical function for this client. The steel coils need to be lifted to a height of 900mm, and the scissor lift system is the most practical and safe solution for this precise, heavy-duty lifting task.

V-Shaped Support Cradle

The purpose here is straightforward: the V-shaped cradle securely holds steel coils in place, preventing them from sliding or rolling during transport and lifting, ensuring full stability at all times.

Control System

The electrical cabinet is fitted with both a wireless remote controller and a wired hand pendant, both from the reputable Yuding brand, guaranteeing reliable and consistent performance under full load.
