What distinguishes it from other product series is its tabletop design. Instead of a flat surface, it is equipped with a specially designed U-shaped groove or V-shaped bracket to secure the coils, preventing the materials from rolling or falling randomly and ensuring personnel safety.
This product is available in the DWP series or DPX series, meaning it can operate either on the ground or on a rail system (one of the two options is selectable). This design makes it suitable for 90% of factory environments.

Customer Background and Core Requirements
The customer is a professional pressure vessel manufacturer specializing in the production, storage, and transportation of various pressure vessels. Their key requirement was to efficiently transport pressure vessels between the workshop and the warehouse.
However, the transportation route included a special narrow passage, only 2.5 meters wide and 3.5 meters high, with steel plate protrusions along the floor. This severely restricted traditional handling methods and made transportation difficult, unsafe, and inefficient.

Customized Design and Technical Solutions
After fully understanding the customer's needs, we quickly formed a dedicated engineering team and focused on overcoming two key challenges: adapting to the narrow passage and handling steel plate protrusions.
1. Optimized Dimensions for Narrow Passages
Through repeated calculations and simulations, we finalized the cart dimensions at 3.5 × 2.2 × 0.75 meters.
The 750 mm height is well below the customer's 850 mm limit
The 2.2 m width fits comfortably within the 2.5 m passage
This ensures smooth passage even for the largest pressure vessels, without the need for route modification or manual adjustments.
2. Specialized Wheels for Floor Protrusions
To handle steel plate protrusions, we abandoned conventional wheels and adopted solid rubber wheels. These wheels provide excellent cushioning and wear resistance, allowing the cart to pass smoothly over uneven surfaces without jamming, excessive vibration, or damage to the floor.
To further enhance safety and durability:
The rated load capacity was increased to 22 tons, allowing the cart to easily absorb impact forces
The platform structure was reinforced to ensure stable support for various pressure vessels during transfer
Project Execution and Results
