By replacing batteries with a cable reel system, this design offers better long-term value and is especially suitable for high-frequency material transport.
It features two types of cable reels:
Spring-loaded cable reel: Suitable for travel distances within 50 meters. This type is cost-effective and offers a more economical solution.
Motor-driven cable reel: Powered by electricity, ideal for travel distances from 1 to 200 meters. It is slightly more expensive than the spring-loaded version.
The DPJ series supports a wide load range from 1 ton to 1500 tons. It combines high load capacity with an affordable price, making it one of our most popular products. If you are working with a limited budget, this model is highly recommended.
Ideal Application Environment
Short-distance transport: Due to the cable design, it is not ideal for very long distances. Longer travel requires larger reels, which can cause inconvenience and power loss.
Heavy loads: Perfect for loads between 1 ton and 1500 tons.
Budget-friendly projects: Recommended when budget is restricted and battery-powered or rail-powered carts are not feasible.
